To say it’s not been a busy month is an understatement which things popping up here there and everywhere it was a challenge to keep everything ticking over and unfortunately our blog suffered.

So, what have we been up too?

Well apart from the usual day to day things we have just completed the Army In The Park website, starting the Skippity Hop holding page and updated the hosting packages offered by Love2Host.

Army In The Park – The website will launch tomorrow as we are just going through some last minute testing based on the ticketing system.

Skippity Hop – This should launch by the end of this week.

We promise we will be more on the blog, hopefully with some tutorials or helpful hints and tips to change things up in your upcoming projects.

We have been asked recently why we are looking to help both personal (sole trader) and limited companies out with an all in one solution for design and print along with the questions around helping them make their mark with free 0800 numbers and why we are looking to team up with suppliers and getting preferential rates.

Well for the first time we are going to air the answer right here, right now!

Let’s start with the “why help people/businesses question”. We feel that if we help you in return you help us, now i know what you’re thinking…always a catch or typical another business looking to line their pockets! Well, not really. We supply a service (us helping you) and for that service we are remunerated (you helping us) which keeps our business alive, the end result of our service helps you offer your brand/product/service to the www which opens up your business to potentially everyone worldwide.

So that’s pretty standard. So we move onto the next part which we have summed up as “why go the extra mile?”

Well, that’s surely simple enough. If we offer you a great package which saves you money as well as moves you onto the next level then you will spread the word to that effect. So our thoughts were if we offer you more for less then surely you will scream our name from the rooftops. We now offer you the same great value web design, logo & graphic design, web hosting etc…but now on top of that FREE 0800 Numbers, great Print and something we can’t quite mention yet

You all must have thought we’d left and gone on some fantastic spring break to somewhere hot (wishful thinking) as out last blog post was on the 21st April. Well the short answer is, we haven’t. The long answer is below:

Over the past few weeks we have been discussing deals with Print Kiosk and also Number Group.

Print Kiosk is a UK based print company that we spoke to so we could offer a complete design and print solution. They offer not only unbeatable quality but great pricing too. You are probably thinking “what do you get from it?” and you would be right to ask that, all we can say is, nothing. At LDN Media we believe that you would prefer an all in one solution rather than going to and from different places to get different things and therefore if we can offer an all in one solution you are more likely to use us, so that’s why. Let’s move on to Number Group

Number Group is another UK based company that offer a range of telecom products. We spoke with Jody from Number Group regarding our very own 0800 number so that we take the cost of the call instead of you. As soon as I put the phone down from Jody I instantly thought of businesses that we both work with and hope to work with in the future. If we could offer them a free 0800 number with no line rental or monthly fee but a basic cost per minute then that would be great! I thought our luck was in when Jody said, how about we give you some memorable numbers so that you can offer your clients these for free instead of paying £100+ for them? Well you can imagine my answer, we took Jody up on the offer and you can now find out more about these and their service on our 0800 Numbers page.

I wont write anymore as I don’t want to bore you, but we do have some great projects lined up so watch this space!

Hi All,

We just wanted to write a quick post to wish you all a very happy easter, so…Happy Easter!

We also wanted to wish William & Kate the very best for their wedding next Friday, it’s probably one of the exciting but nervous days of your life!

You will be pleased to hear that Daniella’s website has been received with great feedback and the two sites we were launching last month (Krissie Goldfingers & Paul Sharp) will be launched by the end of the month. We had to update the style of the site to make sure we captured the look and feel that each DJ wanted.

So, for now have a great easter and enjoy the wedding.

We wanted to let you know that we have just started working with a fantastic organisation, D-Media. Gina from D-Media contacted us regarding their website and the need to make it more user and admin friendly.

We started by looking at the existing site and understood that the design of the existing site was liked however the usability wasn’t. Thank the creators of WordPress for the user friendly dashboard and usability

Hey All,

We just thought that you deserve an update on projects we are currently working on and are currently completing. The first project we would like to bring to your attention is DJ Paul Sharp. Paul came to us asking us to provide him a website and logo that would best suit him and show his target audience that he was a serious DJ. We completed the logo (see the portfolio) and started work on the site.

Paul’s site will be ready by the first week of April and we are really looking forward to it’s launch. If you fancy taking a look at the site after launch then the domain is www.paulsharpdj.co.uk

Another project to mention is Krissie Goldfingers. Krissie is also another DJ (there has been an influx of DJ’s wanting web presence) who required a logo and website to be created. The logo is created and gave us the base to start on the website. The logo will be uploaded to our portfolio this week and the site will launch by the second week of April 2011.

We have also been commissioned to be the sole design agency and project advisors of a very big project, Army In The Park. Hello and welcome to our brand new website.

Over the past few months we have been redesigning the site to make sure that the user experience is up there with the best. We have added more detailed pages on our services along with an area for you to download freebies…can you find it???

The past week has also seen some new clients to LDN Media. We start by welcoming Carrie Campbell Cooper. Carrie is a talented actress, model, singer and poet, to name a few. Carrie asked us to update her website with some current images and minor alterations – check our her site www.carriecooper.com We look forward to continuing to work with Carrie going forward.
